WIN WIN - Releaserpm

As some may know, I'm a massive Spank Rock fan. From their dirty, futuristic debut, to their classic mixtapes, to the remarkable production and remix work, I'm rarely not impressed. And their latest project, a production collective named WIN WIN, is no exception. Featuring XXXChange (producer extraordinaire and DFA outcast), Devlin (remixer and DJ) and Ghostdad (part of their extended Fully Fitted family and technical wizard), they're set to eventually release an album which is slated to feature vocals from Spank himself, Alexis Taylor of Hot Chip and Blaqstarr amongst many others.

The first taste from this project is called Releaserpm and features the vocals of Lizzy from Gang Gang Dance. Its a superb track, really dancey once it gets going while still being very forward thinking and fresh. Sounds to me a bit like a cross between Hot Chip and Panda Bear, which is something I've been looking for in music for a while now. A definite must listen, and I've decided to post it along with a few related gems for your listening pleasure. Enjoy!
